Antonio Brown Leaves Mid-Game of Buccaneers vs. Jets

Antonio Brown is no stranger to drama. In the past, he has ended on bad terms with former teams the Pittsburgh Steelers, New England Patriots, and Las Vegas Raiders.

Many thought that the greatest quarterback of all-time Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers would fix him. It was looking good until the Buccaneers traveled to East Rutherford, New Jersey to play the New York Jets at Metlife Stadium. Antonio Brown had been suffering from an ankle injury forcing him to sit out of the game, but he still suited up.

After head coach Bruce Arians told Antonio Brown to go in multiple times, he had enough. Late into the third quarter, Antonio Brown took off all of his pads on the sideline and then ran off the field out of nowhere. He would later be released by the Buccaneers. There has been a lot of speculation as to why this happened but Antonio Brown himself said that he was thrown out for refusing to play with an ankle injury. Antonio Brown says he was injured and in extreme pain, but ordered to play anyway before leaving the field.

Since then, Antonio Brown has appeared on multiple podcasts talking down on his former teammates and head coach. He was also seen hanging out with rapper Kanye West and filming a music video in New York City. As of now, nobody knows the future of Antonio Brown. It is unclear if he will ever play in another NFL game.
