Recipe for Pepperoni Bread

This recipe is a fan favorite if you took culinary this year or in the past.

Ingredients 

1 loaf pizza dough

1 cup thinly sliced pepperoni

1/4 pound sliced provolone cheese

1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Egg Wash* ( egg wash is 1 egg scrambled with 1/2 T. water)

Directions

  1. Roll dough out into a 9×11″ rectangle
  2. Arrange pepperoni slices on dough, leaving an inch boarder
  3. Lay provolone cheese over pepperoni and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese
  4. Starting at the long end, roll up tightly, pinch ends
  5. Transfer to a greased baking sheet. Brush the egg wash and make 2 slits in the top (to vent)
  6. Bake 375 for 20 mins
