Recipe for Pepperoni Bread
This recipe is a fan favorite if you took culinary this year or in the past.
Ingredients
1 loaf pizza dough
1 cup thinly sliced pepperoni
1/4 pound sliced provolone cheese
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 T. grated Parmesan cheese
Egg Wash* ( egg wash is 1 egg scrambled with 1/2 T. water)
Directions
- Roll dough out into a 9×11″ rectangle
- Arrange pepperoni slices on dough, leaving an inch boarder
- Lay provolone cheese over pepperoni and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese
- Starting at the long end, roll up tightly, pinch ends
- Transfer to a greased baking sheet. Brush the egg wash and make 2 slits in the top (to vent)
- Bake 375 for 20 mins
