Mr. Morale and the Big Steppers

Kendrick Lamar’s New Album

For the last 5 years the world has been free of Kendrick Lamar’s music and look what happened. Kendrick’s last album was released on April 14, 2017, but ever since he’s been off the grid things have gone to chaos. After 5 long years of grief, Kendrick Lamar has announced Mr. Morale and the Big Steppers which was released May 13, 2022.

With a run time of one hour and 13 minutes, the double album contains big names like Kodak black, Baby Keem, and Summer Walker. Both albums contain 9 songs. Due to him being gone for so long, Kendrick is expected to sell more than his previous album DAMN which sold 600 thousand units in the first week.

Do you think that the album was worth the five year wait? Will Mr. Moral and the Big Steppers live up to its hype? Only time will tell how long this album will stay relevant and on the charts.
