On the night of October 16, 2023 a fire exploded behind the Warner Chiropractic property. The owner Tim Warner told Ocean Star the story. 

At 10:15, just a few blocks away from his office, he received a call from one of his patients. The patient informed him the garage was up in flames and he immediately rushed over. 

Warner said that the firefighters had ensured the fire was out relatively quick and didn’t spread anywhere else. Due to the firefighters quick response Warner and his company got lucky. Warner had said he recognized a few of the firefighters as some of his clients. For once he got to see them in action instead of the other way around. 

“The fire didn’t affect anything other than the shed, which if you see where the shed is located is pretty amazing,” Warner stated. It was incredibly lucky that the fire didn’t spread considering it could have burned down the building or worse injured someone. The local business is beloved by its patrons and would have been severely missed had the situation gone differently. 

As of now the cause of the fire is currently under investigation, but at this moment it is undetermined.
