The Point Boro Panthers led by Coach Drew and Coach Cilento start the 2024 season with six returning starters including Bryson Kirby, Wyatt Dewysockie, Jayson Bennett, Brian Simoes, John Ward, and captain of the varsity team Ryan Acquisto. These returning starters are going to be huge contributors to this promising season ahead of them.

Preseason the Panthers were looking like a solid team with ace pitcher Bryson Kirby on the mound and right behind him the big lefty Nick Kowalewski. These two are getting ready to throw this year and contribute to this teams success. Behind them include Colin Moore, Eric Greeley, Wyatt Dewysockie, Hudson Griffin, Chase Connelly, and Cal Kedves are on the varsity lineup. 

With the varsity roster set, Coach Drew and Coach Cilento have a long road ahead with tournaments like the Ocean County Tournament (OCT) and the Shore Conference Tournament (SCT) and then the Panthers will make their way into the State Bracket if they qualify. The team is also looking at a tough schedule including home opener and double header against Donovan Catholic and powerful divisional games against Jackson Liberty, Barnegat, Lacey, and Manchester.

While the Panthers still have a lot to look forward to ahead of them, they will need to take each game one by one to ensure their success on the field.
