One morning, I found myself craving a cup of coffee – a craving that would not be satisfied with a simple chain coffee. Determined, I decided to set out and find the best possible coffee in Point Pleasant. Each coffee shop is unique, with its tastes and blends that are so delicious. Every coffee taste made the choice more and more difficult.

In Point Pleasant, there are so many different coffee shops on both sides of the bridge. The competition is tough, but there can definitely be a winner. The quality and price of coffee are able to differentiate the good from the best. Other factors that are important to take into account are menu variety, the atmosphere, and customer service.

After talking to Point Pleasant Boro High School students, six out of ten choose Divi Tree as the best coffee in Point. A student explained their choice: “I like the overall environment and the variety of choices.”

Although Divi Tree won, Rook Coffee was a close contender. Rook Coffee tends to be more expensive, with fewer options on their menu. This is one of the main reasons many students picked Divi Tree over Rook Coffee.

Even though most high school students voted for Divi Tree, different people enjoy different qualities in their coffee. In order for people to know their favorite coffee, they have to branch out and try multiple places before choosing.
