Cooking With L: March Edition
This recipe is a quick but delicious one and perfect for a satisfying breakfast of Egg Muffins.
Ingredients:
- 8 eggs
- ⅓ cups of milk
- ½ tsp. Salt and pepper
- 2 cups of toppings, your choice (chopped spinach, tomatoes, bacon, ham, and onions)
- ½ cup of grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin pan with silicone liners
- Scramble egg, add milk, salt and pepper
- Add topping to muffin pan, pour eggs over and top with cheese
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, pop out of the pan, eat and enjoy!
