This recipe is a quick but delicious one and perfect for a satisfying breakfast of Egg Muffins.

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs 
  • ⅓ cups of milk
  • ½ tsp. Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups of toppings, your choice (chopped spinach, tomatoes, bacon, ham, and onions) 
  • ½ cup of grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin pan with silicone liners
  2. Scramble egg, add milk, salt and pepper
  3. Add topping to muffin pan, pour eggs over and top with cheese
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes
  5. Allow to cool for a few minutes, pop out of the pan, eat and enjoy!
