Hey seniors! Our final school year together is filled with many important dates. We know you might be feeling overwhelmed with college applications, class schedules, and extracurricular involvements, so The Senior’s Corner will be a page written by your class president to ensure you stay up-to-date on all of the important deadlines and dates of senior year. Make sure to check The Point Press at the beginning of each month to see what’s going on with the class of 2024!

Powderpuff was a success! The seniors shut out the juniors in a crushing 35-0 game on Monday, November 20th. The team was lead by senior quarterback Kyleigh Cilento as she added multiple touchdowns to the board. Adelaide Videon-Perino added to her score, and Emily Ehrman threw to Georgia Tym for a few large gains. Juliette Ryan was 4/4 on her extra point kicks. The senior defensive line was on their game with multiple sacks for loss, and held the juniors to short drives the whole game. The class of 2024 is 2-0 in the Powderpuff competition!
The seniors will be having their annual holiday bake sale right before Christmas break. The bake sale will be held December 21st and December 22nd during lunch, before and after school! We could use help selling the items, as well as volunteers to bring in baked goods. Seniors, make sure you are aware of college deadlines! Regular decision deadlines are usually early January, sometimes as early as January 1st. Reach out to your guidance counselors for assistance and get those applications in!
On the college note, many seniors have already been accepted into college. If you are one of them, feel free to submit your acceptance to your guidance counselor to get your banner hung in the hallway!
January 10th will be our Chick-Fil-A fundraiser! Support the class of 2024 and go to Chick-Fil-A January 10th; processed from the entire day will go to our class. Please make sure to mention the fundraiser when you make your purchase!
