If you’re a fan of the show Yellowjackets, you will be happy to know that season 4, the final season, is now in production! There are a lot of theories on what will be shown, maybe for the last time, a ghost Jackie resurrection or a dream sequence?

What We Know 

We know for sure that season 4 is the final season. The show is filming in Vancouver, and they are expected to finish filming in July 2026. They have been spotted filming at Tempoltan School amongst other locations. 

As we know Natile called for rescue, so we will be seeing the final moments of the girls in the wilderness, and we will see them trying to adjust to normal life and not being able to hunt people anymore. Shauna Shipman is one of the Yellowjackets who will not have an easy return, having to leave her wilderness baby and her best friend out there, but we know she won’t go down without a fight. 

Also, we know that Van and Taisia will sadly break up when they return. Viewers, including myself, are scared to see how it all goes down. As for the adult timeline, Van is dead, Tai and Misty decide it’s time to bring Shauna down. We also know from Ghost Jackie’s freezer scene that there is something they do when they come back. Another hunt perhaps?  

 Theories 

The photos show a statue of Mrs. Jackie Taylor that we have never seen in the show. We are bubbling with excitement to see what the purpose is, and people have speculated that Shauna will vandalize it. But I’m not so sure. People have also seen Shauna in on-set photos looking beat up with lacerations on her face and arms. People seem to think Natalie has something to do with it, and if I’m being honest, so do I. I definitely think they could get into a fight when Nat calls for rescue, because now, it is sure that Shauna will have to leave her baby and Jackie, her best friend. It would also explain why Natalie gets arrested. There have also been photos showing banners saying “BUZZ BUZZ OUR GIRLS ARE BACK!” Which is odd to me because less than half of the girls and people on the flight made it back. Also, I wonder who will lie about what happened in the wilderness? We know from the adult timeline that everyone, but Tiassa, disappears from the public eye, but how will they come up with the idea of what meeting will happen?
